A wonderful Leadership lesson!

Cause the most effective leaders understand that leading involves learning, and they encourage feedback from people around them to work on their weaknesses. 

Self-awareness, one of the key characteristics of high Emotional Intelligent, is a quality that can distinguish a good leader from a great leader. 

If you don’t know who you are, if you don’t know what your strengths and weaknesses are, you will have a hard time gaining people’s trust and growing as a leader.

I would like also to share my wishes for 2023!

'Adult learning statistics - Statistics Explained by Eurostat'

  Recently read a very interesting report by Eurostat, on Adult Learning Statistics for 2022, in EU countries where I repost it full below.   My statement through this report, is that organizations in many EU countries doesn’t realizing the importance of long-term training in their workplace.   Continuous learning helps develop a “growth mindset”, motivating employees to adopt a flexible and adaptable attitude.   As I mentioned in my previous article, (you can read it here https://aboutbusinessculturedevelopment.blogspot.com/2023/04/things-to-consider-before-during-and.html  ) ,   is very important to consider many things before creating a training program, during the training program and of course (is very important), after the training program.   Training should be treated by teams and organizations as a lifelong/ continuous process ….so my advice especially for organizations is essential to treat after training support as a continuous improvement for your employees and for having healthier workplace, because I’ve had realize many times that organizations don’t understand the importance of after training support.   As a small tip for the trainers, during the training program you must learn to be flexible and always should analyze the reaction of the trainees, with interaction, engagement and debatable conversations.   Let’s go to the content of this article.
