Besides being an artist you also are the Founder Director at Art InSide Business, What can you tell us about this organization? What motivated you to start this project?

“ Art InSide Business “ focuses on connecting Businesses, Art/ Creative Industries, Social Science and Design and directing companies, institutions, start-ups, entrepreneurs and universities towards developing soft and social skills, creativity, innovation, design thinking process and EQ. It is a Leadership program in the midst of today’s growing competition at social and professional levels, where new forms and ideas need to be applied to teams and individuals. By demonstrating sophisticated and enriched actions, evolving personal skills and attributes with respect to the distinctive vision and values of each organization, team and person. “ Art InSide Business “ also provides services that enrich and reinforce the broad context and structure, always tailored to the specific client. I approach Art as a cognitive object in the observation of social changes, development and expansion. In a way, I reform the courses started in Silicon Valley in the 60s when companies mainly in the technology sector would collaborate with artists, a partnership that has gradually increased in the contemporary educational content. My program acts as a crucible for the transmutation of leaden thinking into golden wisdom, and modern alchemy for advanced meaning/ sense/ image construction. And it is in my seminars and coaching lectures and consulting services that I stress the vital role of Art in finding an authentic voice.

'Adult learning statistics - Statistics Explained by Eurostat'

  Recently read a very interesting report by Eurostat, on Adult Learning Statistics for 2022, in EU countries where I repost it full below.   My statement through this report, is that organizations in many EU countries doesn’t realizing the importance of long-term training in their workplace.   Continuous learning helps develop a “growth mindset”, motivating employees to adopt a flexible and adaptable attitude. The creation of a   culture of community learning   in your workplace, where   employee learning and development   becomes a norm and co-workers organically encourage one another to keep moving forward will make your team always feel ready for the unexpected as a result of constantly “staying on their toes”.   Creating and delivering training programs in more cooperatively way and content, can help a lot your organization cause you can maximize the communication, collaboration, engagement and workplace’s culture and at the same time you minimize any conflict and internal miscomm

'Things to Consider Before (During) and After Training (Part 2… After)

  As I mentioned in my previous article, (you can read it here https://aboutbusinessculturedevelopment.blogspot.com/2023/04/things-to-consider-before-during-and.html  ) ,   is very important to consider many things before creating a training program, during the training program and of course (is very important), after the training program.   Training should be treated by teams and organizations as a lifelong/ continuous process ….so my advice especially for organizations is essential to treat after training support as a continuous improvement for your employees and for having healthier workplace, because I’ve had realize many times that organizations don’t understand the importance of after training support.   As a small tip for the trainers, during the training program you must learn to be flexible and always should analyze the reaction of the trainees, with interaction, engagement and debatable conversations.   Let’s go to the content of this article.
