'The more you learn the more you earn cause the more you know the more you grow'

Lifelong learning is a form of self-initiated education that is focused on personal development. While there is no standardized definition of lifelong learning, it has generally been taken to refer to the learning that occurs outside of a formal educational institute, such as a school, university or corporate training.

Passion for development is the key for humans and the drive to explore, learn and grow and encourages us to improve our own quality of life and sense of self-worth by paying attention to the ideas and goals that inspire us.

In a constantly, growing society, market and competition, existing knowledge quickly becomes obsolete. We need to broaden our definition of “learning” to include creating new knowledge.

Points to view…

·       Recognize your own personal interests, motivations and goals – What.

·       Put it down and create a list of what you would like to learn or be able to do – Why.

·       Identify how you would like to get involved and the resources available – How.

·       Structure the learning goal into your life.

·       Connect the new information with the old ones.

·      Focus & commitment.

The point is that If you try to learn new information, new knowledge, new things at once, your mind will blast and it is certain that you are not going to get the results you want. The trick is to approach new learning with step by step and brick by brick like building a house and always connect it with critical approach and creative thinking. The result you will have will be much more efficient and successful.

Understanding the time and space you can devote to the learning goal can help you to stick with the goal in the long-run and learn by examples, testing and practice. Plan out how the requirements of the new learning initiative can fit into your life or what you need to do to make it fit.

Make realistic and reasonable expectations and connect them with the self-motivation for progress, change and growth.
