An effective trainer is a leader and must have the capabilities of a scientist to do the detailed research for deeper knowledge and to function as an artist to bring all the above a step up and to inspire.
Then…
When you mapping and designing a training program the first thing you must have in mind is to do the appropriate research, creating the right questions and to have a constructive dialogue with your stakeholders. But the most important is to connect organization’s values and goals with the trainees needs.
In the end…
Every post learning assessment is telling you a story, so you must look at what kind of story is telling you. Telling something odd, something of knowledge, something interesting?
Diversity
The stronger is the culture for the individual – professional, team and organization, will help him/her and them to be more open, more resilient, more flexible and adaptable at the same time, more creative and innovative with strong interpersonal relationships.
So…
The more diverse your sources of knowledge, the more connections you can make to produce creative ideas.
In my experience…
Always telling to the stakeholders which I’m collaborating that is wonderful to have in your team - people with diversity in terms of age, sex, color, nationality etc, but that’s the only aspect that will take you much further… As an example, If you have only in your team – workspace ten engineers, soon you will understand that most of all are thinking and functioning in the same way.
The point is to include in your team people with high level of diversity in terms of mindset, culture, knowledge, experience and background. And If you manage to handle and connect all of them effectively it, will be more blessing for a healthier, opened, creative, efficient workplace environment. As well as for your organization it will be more effective and connected with your clients and society, also to developing innovation.
My suggest..
Life is just about relationships, so If you want to create high level of trust, respect and interpersonal connections, you must bring the human side to work.
Leadership
As a leader you must understand that everything starts with a dot, so you must collect the dots, connect and create through them.
And…
To develop leadership skills your aim is to connect and engage with people from a variety of knowledge, interests and background thus it will help you to be more efficient of connecting with other people and society.
Through…
Always should establish clear strategy with your stakeholders for What you need by them, Why is important and How you succeed in your team’s project… with opened and democratic collaboration and connection.
The trick is…
Picking your spots means showing respect for the wisdom others bring. Then you can enter the conversation and build upon what others have said. That’s a good example of leadership and knowledge in action.

An efficient executive coach must always motivating and mentoring people in their professional level connecting with the other’s personal background, through mindfulness and critical thinking.
