Awareness- Become aware of the emotional detail you are feeling

Identification- Identify the source or trigger of the emotions

Consciousness- Become conscious of the link between both

Growth and Empowerment techniques

Fears- Face your fears

Help- Help others and you’ll realize that you are doing well after

Posture a Vocals- Use posture and vocal experience

Chronological Order

Past – Write down a list of all the emotions you remember feeling in the past

Present - Write down a list of all the emotions you feel in the present moment

Future - Write down a list of all the emotions you want to feel and experience in the future

Overcoming your eating disorder

Stop the blame-If we always have someone or something to blame, will feel like we are powerless in front of the situation

Self-worth- Realize what you are worth. Raise your standards to what you believe you are worth. Try your best to live up to it.

Keep your eyes on the prize- Don’t think about the obstacle, think about the reward.

Craft a system- Understand the triggers and the routines. Identify how you can overcome them and plan this system out. Use this system as your way out of this disorder.

Try those systems

TALK- Don’t keep it in your system

ANALYZE IT- React, resistance in your system

GROWTH- Identify post-traumatic growth 

How can I overcome it

(four things you can use on a daily basis that can help you look first opposition acts as if)

Opposition- As hard as it can be, you need to act upon it

Musical therapy- Listen to what you want to feel

Rewire your brain- It is a wired system in your brain that you can deal with

Breathe- Just relax for a second, don’t turn it into a stressing factor
